Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement modern trade sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the assigned territory. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Officers and Team Leaders to ensure high performance and alignment with business objectives. Channel & Account Management: Build and manage strong relationships with modern trade chains (e.g., Reliance, DMart, Spencer’s, Big Bazaar, etc.) and key accounts. Distributor Handling: Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors or stockists for efficient product availability and distribution. Promotions & Visibility: Drive in-store visibility, planogram compliance, and execution of trade promotions, schemes, and marketing activities. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales performance using relevant KPIs, analyze market trends, and provide timely reports to senior management. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth business operations. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in FMCG/Beverage sales, with at least 3 years in a modern trade supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics and retail chains. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
