You will be serving as the Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director in Kolkata for a premium laundry services & premium car sales industry. Your working hours will be from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. As the EA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director with day-to-day operations across multiple businesses, ensuring seamless coordination and communication among various departments. Your responsibilities will include managing the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements, handling emails and calls, preparing reports, monitoring task deadlines, and overseeing general office management. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate degree in any discipline along with a minimum of 4 years of experience as an EA or in a similar executive support role. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities in English, Hindi, and Bengali, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and a tech-savvy mindset are essential requirements. Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and the willingness to travel locally for business coordination when necessary are also key attributes for this position. The salary offered will be commensurate with your experience and industry standards. This is a full-time position with day shift hours.
