You are a growing plastic mold-making company specializing in thin-wall packaging containers, with a focus on precision, speed, and innovation in tooling for the food & consumer goods industries. As the Lead Mold Maker, your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and assembly of thin-wall container molds such as IML, multi-cavity, high-speed. - Managing a team of toolmakers with expertise in CNC, EDM, fitting, and polishing. - Overseeing mold trials, testing, and quality control processes. - Collaborating with design and production teams to ensure top-notch tooling performance. - Training and mentoring local engineers and technicians. To be successful in this role, you are required to have: - 15+ years of experience in precision mold making, preferably with a focus on thin-wall packaging. - Hands-on expertise in CNC machining, EDM, polishing, and mold assembly. - A strong understanding of European/Japanese mold standards like Hasco, DME, etc. - Leadership skills and the ability to bring or build a trusted team. - Fluency in English or Hindi (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
