Roles & Responsibilities Occupational Therapist (OT): Assess children’s motor, sensory, and daily living skills. Design individualized therapy plans to improve independence. Conduct sessions focusing on fine motor, gross motor, sensory integration, and self-help skills. Guide parents on home-based strategies and adaptive techniques. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for holistic development. Speech Therapist (SLP): Assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Create and implement individualized therapy plans. Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches. Counsel parents and train them for follow-up activities at home. Work with teachers and therapists to support overall child development.
