About the job: Confiance Communications is looking for professionals with 1-2 years of agency experience, primarily handling VC clients. Media Tracking & Database Management - Monitor newspapers and media outlets to track beat journalists, start-up features, spokesperson profiling, and new sections; build and maintain updated media databases. 2. Client Servicing & Communication - Manage day-to-day client interaction, ensure seamless servicing, and oversee operations for assigned accounts. 3. Media Relations & Pitching - Develop and pitch crisp brand communication, explore diverse media opportunities, conduct media calling, and secure story placements, interviews, and industry mentions. 4. Content Creation - Draft press releases, quotes, spokesperson profiles, brand stories, and other communication material as required. 5. Reporting & Analysis - Prepare and supervise weekly WIPs, quarterly coverage reports, and other client-mandated reporting formats. 6. Team Collaboration & Training - Manage day-to-day operational tasks, coordinate with internal teams, and guide/train junior resources when assigned. 7.
