Role Overview: As a Female Banquet Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive banquet sales, nurture client relationships, and oversee the flawless execution of events. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients, foster and sustain relationships, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. - Collaborate closely with event managers to comprehend client needs and ensure the successful delivery of events. - Formulate and implement strategies to boost banquet bookings and achieve revenue targets. - Conduct guided property tours for clients, showcasing available banquet offerings. - Prepare customized proposals, engage in pricing negotiations, and secure contracts. - Coordinate with the marketing team to advertise banquet packages across multiple channels. - Uphold high levels of client satisfaction by delivering personalized service and addressing client concerns promptly. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in verbal and written communication to effectively engage with clients. - Proven track record of being sales-oriented with a focus on achieving targets. - Prior experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in a sales or events management capacity.
