Condition Monitoring Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  vibration data collection, analysis

  , and

  fault diagnosis

  on rotating machinery.
• Identify issues such as

  unbalance, misalignment, bearing faults, looseness, resonance

  , etc.
• Conduct

  in-situ dynamic balancing

  of various rotating equipment.
• Generate and deliver

  detailed technical reports

  to clients.
• Coordinate with customer maintenance teams for regular inspections.
• Provide

  on-site technical and diagnostic support

  .

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3 - 4 years of practical experience in

  Condition Monitoring / Vibration Analysis

  .

• Certification in Vibration Analysis (CAT I / CAT II)

  preferred.
• Proficient in

  spectrum analysis, waveform interpretation,

  and

  fault detection

  .
• Strong communication skills with a client-centric approach.
• Willing to travel to customer sites as required.
