To assist the Sales Team to achieve the targeted sales of admixture business To understand the needs of specific project site and suggest suitable products Carryout trials at sites and labs to match the customers specifications and performance requirements by tweaking the formulation with help of Segment Manager/Tech Manager To modify the products and meet the site requirements as and when necessary To develop good and effective contacts with consultants/architects for furthering Companys business interests Breaking competitors specifications and increasing the customer base Maximize margins and cash
