Job Description

Generate and circulate the daily factory-wise Open Sales Order IND report (CPO & UCPO) for production and dispatch planning Perform item code mapping, activate configurations, update order modifiers, revise routes, and adjust standard and transfer costs as required by the business daily. Participate in Key User Calls as the POC for the India region, attend monthly steering committee meetings, SOP calls, Weekly Opns call, document the MOM, and support the team in executing action plans Eliminate manual compilation of the Open Sales Order IND report (CPO & UCPO) Prepare the forecast template for IN1 & IN3 Compile and track the daily factory-wise dispatch plan versus actuals Generate the monthly operations management report Conduct data analysis on various operational and management metrics to provide insights for informed decision-making Create insightful operations and business dashboards Analyse dispatchable CPO, net influx, and production details Provide additional support for miscellaneous operational activities If interested, please share your updated cv to renuka.thimmanaik@fosroc.com
