🔹 About the Role We are looking for a skilled Interior Work Supervisor to manage and coordinate interior finishing activities at our project sites. The candidate should have strong execution knowledge and the ability to work closely with design and project teams to ensure timely delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate interior trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, finishing, etc.). Lead and guide site staff, subcontractors, and labourers. Monitor work progress, quality, and site safety through regular inspections. Manage material deliveries, storage, and inventory. Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients. Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and logs. Track labour hours, productivity, and costs. Support the interior design team with technical inputs and design solutions. Ensure tasks are completed as per schedule up to final handover. Select materials, furniture, décor, and finishes within budget. 🔹 Qualifications 1–3 years’ relevant interior works execution experience. Strong knowledge of finishing works (false ceiling, wall panelling, flooring, furniture systems, etc.). Basic understanding of space planning & design principles.
