Job Description We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager - IT Infrastructure(Hardware) to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence in IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing client relationships and achieving sales targets across enterprise and SMB segments. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT infrastructure solutions including Workstations, Servers, Storage, Networking/Security, Virtualization and related technologies . Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve defined revenue and profitability objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure seamless delivery, post-sales support, maintenance and AMC contracts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to align sales strategies accordingly. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure/hardware sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
