Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design engaging social media posts, ads, and marketing collaterals . Edit and produce high-quality videos for Reels, YouTube, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to translate ideas into visual content. Work on brand identity elements such as logos, brochures, and presentation decks. Maintain design consistency and align with each brand’s tone and visual language. Stay updated with the latest design trends, editing tools, and social media aesthetics. Skills & Tools Required Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects. Understanding of social media content formats and dimensions. Creative thinking and strong sense of visual storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines. Bonus: Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, or color grading is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). Portfolio showcasing previous design and video editing work is a must.
