Computer Technician

As a part of Halucinate, a VR gaming company with 10 branches in South India, you will be responsible for handling various technical aspects. It is essential to have a strong knowledge of hardware and computer systems. Your role will involve tasks such as assembling, diagnosing problems, fixing hardware issues, and performing software installations. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will be appointed as the Halucinate technical head, overseeing and resolving issues across all branches. You will also be involved in small accounting tasks and maintaining Excel sheets. Handling customer queries and providing support will be another crucial aspect of your role.
