Role Overview

The Computer Teacher – Competitive Exams will be responsible for teaching Computer Awareness / Computer Knowledge for various competitive exams through live classes from our digital studio setup (Work from Office only).

Is role ka main focus hai students ko basic to advanced computer concepts exam-oriented tareeke se padhana – theory + MCQs + PYQs ke through – taaki unka Computer section strong ho jaaye for exams like Banking, SSC, Railway, Police, State Exams, Teaching Exams, etc.

Key Responsibilities1. Live Teaching (Computer Awareness – Competitive Exams)

• Conduct live computer classes from the airGurukul digital studio (YouTube/App) for different competitive exams.
• Cover topics like:
• Fundamentals of Computers (hardware, software, OS, memory, devices)
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, basic shortcuts)
• Internet, Email, Networking basics
• Computer Security, Virus, Cyber Safety
• History of Computers & Generations
• Important computer terms asked in exams
• Explain concepts in simple, clear language with exam-based examples.

2. Exam-Oriented Content Delivery

• Teach from Previous Year Questions (PYQs), topic-wise MCQs, and full-length practice sets.
• Focus on concept clarity + short tricks + exam pattern awareness.
• Conduct revision classes, crash courses, and marathon sessions before major exams.

3. Content Creation & Planning

• Prepare:
• Topic-wise class notes
• MCQ question banks
• Chapter-wise tests & mock practice sheets
• PDF notes for students (theory + MCQs)
• Align content with SSC, Banking, Railway, Police, State Exams syllabus & pattern.
• Work with the content team to design structured courses / batches for computer awareness.

4. Student Engagement & Doubt Solving

• Take live doubts via chat/comments during and after class.
• Provide additional clarification through doubt-solving sessions (live or recorded).
• Encourage students through polls, quizzes, and interactive questions during live sessions.

5. Academic Discipline & Coordination

• Follow the academic planner and batch schedule strictly.
• Coordinate with Academic Head / Batch Coordinator regarding timetable, special classes, test discussions, etc.
• Participate in internal faculty meetings, training, and academic reviews.

6. Studio & Digital Teaching Setup

• Use digital studio tools effectively – camera, microphone, digital board, PPTs, screen share etc.
• Coordinate with technical team for smooth live streaming & recording.
• Ensure all classes are properly recorded, named, and stored as per company system.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Student attendance and engagement in live classes.
• Student feedback, reviews, and class rating.
• Improvement in students’ test performance in computer section.
• Timely completion of syllabus and planned topics.
• Quality and consistency of class notes, MCQs, and tests delivered.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation in any stream. Preference for:
• BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science / IT) / B.Tech (CS/IT) / PGDCA or equivalent.
• Teaching experience in computer awareness/computer subject for competitive exams will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of basic computers, MS Office, internet, and commonly asked exam topics.

Skills & Competencies

• Good command over Computer Fundamentals + Computer Awareness syllabus.
• Ability to teach in Hindi (primary) with basic English terms where required.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in front of the camera.
• Comfortable with:
• PowerPoint presentations
• PDF preparation
• Using digital pen, smart board, or writing tablet
• Basic knowledge of YouTube/App live class environment (training can be provided).
• Punctual, disciplined, and student-friendly attitude.

Work Schedule

• Mode: Work from Office (airGurukul Studio – Greater Noida)
• Full-time, 6 days a week (1 weekly off – [Day])
• Class timings as per academic schedule; may include morning/evening slots.
• Extra classes for special batches, marathons, or exam-time revisions may be required.
