Job Description

As a Software Engineer in our Customer and Partner Success Services team at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and enhancing solutions for the Adobe Partner Platform. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with various teams including Business Analysts, QA, Release Management, and Operations to deliver scalable, high-quality, and business-critical solutions. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing business-critical solutions leveraging cloud-based services on AWS/Azure, architecting, building, and unit testing integrations using modern frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional IT teams throughout the software development lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with coding and quality standards. Additionally, you will work closely with QA teams to validate integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in solution design reviews to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with best practices. To excel in this role, you should possess 8+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and frameworks, particularly Spring Boot. Strong experience in building RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, cloud-native services on AWS or Azure, JavaScript, a modern UI framework such as React.js, SQL, database design principles, data structures, algorithms, and system design is essential. Moreover, exposure to AI-powered coding and automation tools, troubleshooting complex systems, and delivering enterprise IT solutions using Agile methodologies are highly desirable. While not mandatory, experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerized deployments, API security best practices, monitoring, and logging frameworks for cloud-based applications would be beneficial. Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly are essential for this role.
