As a Sales Order Processor at our company, your role will involve taking sales orders from clients following the prescribed procedures. You will be responsible for making invoices accurately in the software, which will require proficiency in Advanced Excel and a typing speed of 20+ words per minute. Additionally, you will work on various software applications, handle email communication, maintain stock levels, generate reports in Excel, communicate with the Head Office, and ensure the upkeep of manual registers and files. Key Responsibilities: - Taking sales orders from clients - Creating invoices as per orders using Advanced Excel and maintaining a typing speed of 20+ - Working on different software applications - Checking and replying to emails - Maintaining stock levels - Generating reports in Excel - Communicating with the Head Office - Manual register and file maintenance Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in drafting emails - Strong Excel knowledge including V-lookup, Pivot tables, formulas, and paste special In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company provides Provident Fund benefits.
