Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying and correcting file and system errors, performing data processing operations, and executing backup procedures to minimize data loss risks. In addition, you will maintain computer equipment and inventory, coordinate repairs, and collaborate with Programmers and Systems Analysts. Key Responsibilities: - Manage processing logs and run procedures manuals - Answer user questions and troubleshoot problems - Notify maintenance personnel of system malfunctions - Monitor and schedule jobs, oversee nightly updates, and submit batch processing jobs manually - Run application performance management scans - Process phone requests, clean printers, and conduct preventive maintenance - Offer support during business continuity exercises Qualifications Required: - Experience in identifying and correcting file and system errors - Knowledge of data processing operations and backup procedures - Ability to collaborate with Programmers and Systems Analysts - Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with monitoring and scheduling jobs - Prior experience in application performance management - Excellent communication and organizational skills Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule requiring in-person work at the designated location.,
