Job Description

  • Enter all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods in the ERP system accurately.
  • Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Issue Slips, and Delivery Challans as per valve manufacturing standards.
  • Update and maintain real-time stock levels of casting, components, fasteners, gaskets, and valves.
  • Support regular cycle counts and physical inventory verification for valves and spares.
  • Maintain proper digital and physical filing of store-related documents like PO copies, inspection reports, and gate entries.
  • Ensure documentation is traceable and aligned with API standards and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with the QC department to update inspection clearance in the system before material issuance.
  • Support production planning by providing real-time material availability status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
