Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic freshers to join our Survey Testing and Email Support team. The role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of online surveys and providing timely support to clients via email during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Test online surveys for accuracy, logic, and usability before launch.
• Identify and report survey bugs or logic errors to the development team.
• Respond to client and internal team emails professionally and promptly.
• Track and document testing results in designated systems.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Maintain consistent communication with the team during night shifts.

Required Skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Strong attention to detail and logical reasoning ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to work night shifts (U.S./U.K. time zones).

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates (any stream) are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Male candidates preferred due to late-night operational requirements.*

Shift Timing

• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
