Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Computer Operator to support our retail showroom operations. The ideal candidate will manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, oversee inventory databases, ensure smooth IT operations, and provide basic technical support to staff. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain POS systems, ensuring accurate transaction processing. Monitor and update inventory management software to reflect real-time stock levels. Coordinate price changes and promotional updates with the sales floor team. Generate and distribute daily sales, inventory, and performance reports. Perform routine backups and ensure data integrity across systems. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues promptly. Collaborate with the IT department for system updates and maintenance. Train new staff on system operations and best practices.
