Ramagya School, Noida is looking for Computer Lab Incharge to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Supervision and Leadership:Manage and lead a team of laboratory staff, providing guidance and support Assign tasks and responsibilities to lab personnel Conduct regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, safety protocols, and other relevant topics Safety Compliance:Ensure that all laboratory activities comply with safety regulations and protocols Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines Conduct regular safety training sessions for laboratory personnel Equipment and Inventory Management:Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and proper use of laboratory equipment Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs Quality Control:Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results Monitor and evaluate the performance of laboratory tests and procedures Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of laboratory activities, experiments, and results Prepare and review reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy Collaboration:Collaborate with researchers, scientists, and other stakeholders to support ongoing projects Facilitate communication and cooperation between different departments Budget Management:Assist in the development and management of the laboratory budget Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness in procurement Training and Development:Provide training for new laboratory personnel Encourage continuous learning and professional development among staff Regulatory Compliance:Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards applicable to the laboratory Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations QUALIFICATION : Minimum Graduate EXPERIENCE : Graduate / PG with Science/ Technical background. Should have 3+ Yrs of experience in a similar profile in schools.
