Computer Hardware Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support and maintain computer systems and peripherals by installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware.

* Support the hardware and other teams to lead, coordinate, schedule, and execute daily preventative maintenance activities & provide network connectivity to customers.

* Provide hands on support of our equipment both in our main office, our co-location sites.

* Support the sales team in lead generation and customer handling.

* Implement and improvise new sales ideas methods to deal with customer.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A degree or diploma holders from any stream.
* Proficient in computer hardware related tasks.* Excellent communication in English, Malayalam, Hindi.* Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
