Computer Hardware & Networking Trainer

• nstall, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals (printers scanners, etc.)
• Troubleshoot hardware issues (RAM, HDD, display, motherboard, power supply, etc.)
• Install and manage operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic application software
• Configure and maintain local area network (LAN) including switches, routers, cabling
• Assign IP addresses and troubleshoot network issues (wired and wireless)
• Perform OS installation, data backup, antivirus setup, and malware removal
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and security policies
• Monitor network performance and escalate critical issues to senior admins
• Support and troubleshoot printers, biometric devices, CCTV, etc.
• Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems

Required Skills

• Knowledge of PC hardware components and diagnostics
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Hands-on experience with OS installation and driver setup
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory & domain networks (preferred)
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
