Composite Manufacturing & Assembly Technician

The Composite Manufacturing & Assembly Technician will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of composite components within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You are required to be a skilled individual with a strong understanding of composite materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques. Working with a team of engineers and technicians, you will produce high-quality composite parts that meet stringent specifications. You should possess an ITI or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace) along with 2-6 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the composite manufacturing & Assembly industry. Your expertise should include proficiency in prepreg layup, fabrication of sandwich panels, resin infusion techniques, bonding and integration methods, finishing and surface preparation, blueprint reading, and work instruction adherence. Additionally, you should have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and adherence to safety protocols.
