2 - 5 years of relevant experience in FRP composite boat building, commercial and/or military ship building and/or repairs.
Basic kills
se ecialisation in structural and welding worksal or supervisory responsibiltiies.portions of project contracts are complnowledge of boats (i.e. performance, stability, technical drawings, technical specifications, etc.)
Knowledge an dKKnowledge and experience in composite lamination process and techniques
KnokKKKKnowledge of fiberglass composite materials and handling
Knowledge in FRP composite tooling/pattern making
Knowledge in FRP composite structural bonding/fitting
Knowledge of FRP composite molding and lamination process
Ability to read and understand drawings, sketches and documents associated with carpentry or joinery work & template making.
Knowledge of quality/control procedures.
Ability to adjust to changing demands.
Ability to think/plan/act effectively.
Follow and implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Good communication skills
Ability to work with multinational team
