Role: Founder’s Office: Business Strategy & Operations This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru , ideal for a dynamic individual who will work closely with the Founder/Director in shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring seamless execution. As a key member of the Founder’s Office , you will drive growth initiatives, oversee compliance and consulting operations, support strategic partnerships, and help build a high-performance culture. This cross-functional role offers exposure to every facet of a growing consulting firm and demands a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
