We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer/Architect to contribute to the development and expansion of our SecComply Compliance Platform in Pune. This opportunity is part-time initially, with potential for absorption based on performance and the option to share equity/ESOPS. Your main responsibilities will include reviewing and improving the current architecture and codebase. You will be tasked with designing and implementing a multi-tenant database architecture that ensures secure, isolated environments for each customer. Additionally, you will need to integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality across all modules using standards such as OAuth2/SAML. As the Full Stack Developer/Architect, you will also be responsible for implementing user authentication, customer dashboards, and permission-based access controls. You will optimize the deployment pipeline and oversee the migration/scaling into AWS, with a preference for a stack including EC2, Lambda, and RDS or Aurora. Security will be a top priority, requiring the implementation of encryption, audit logging, and secure session management. Collaboration with our product team is essential to iterate on features and compliance workflows. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Full Stack Architect or Lead Developer on SaaS platforms, possess strong expertise in secure, scalable enterprise system design, and be familiar with multi-tenant SaaS architecture. Knowledge of compliance domains like ISO 27001 and SOC 2 will be advantageous. In terms of the tech stack, we prefer React/Next.js for the frontend hosted on Vercel, Node.js/Express or serverless (Lambda), and PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases that support multi-tenancy. SSO solutions like Auth0 or AWS Cognito are preferred, and experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, etc.) is required. Your deliverables will include a System Architecture Document, functional SSO integration (Auth0/Cognito or equivalent), database design and implementation, deployment in AWS with secure CI/CD, and the first version of an enterprise-grade login portal for customers.,

You will be responsible for conducting thorough testing on SymphonyAI NetReveal AML TM (Transaction Monitoring) and SymphonyAI NetReveal CRR (Customer Risk Rating). This includes performing exploratory testing, defect logging, RTM maintenance, and test environment management. You will also validate compliance system interfaces and dependencies such as FRSM and third-party integrations. Additionally, you will support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, and document findings aligning with business requirement specifications during UAT cycles. Collaboration with compliance, risk, and development teams is essential for this role. Knowledge of API testing is considered a plus. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in manual testing within banking/compliance domains. A strong understanding of AML, Risk, and Compliance Systems is required, along with hands-on testing experience with Fircosoft, NetReveal, FRSM, etc. An excellent understanding of SIT, UAT, defect lifecycle, and test coverage traceability is also necessary. Additional skills that would be beneficial include knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman/SoapUI, familiarity with Automation tools for potential future migration, and holding an ISTQB Certification.,
