We are looking for a dedicated Company Secretary to join Virtuoso Optoelectronics Ltd.

The selected candidate will report to the Company Secretary and assist in day-to-day secretarial and compliance activities.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with active membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
• Mandatory: Valid ICSI Membership Number
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years as a Company Secretary
• Mandatory Exposure:
• Public Limited Company
• BSE-listed company compliance

Only qualified Company Secretaries with valid ICSI membership should apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SEBI, BSE, and Companies Act regulations
• Assist in conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings
• Handle statutory filings, annual returns, and corporate governance matters
• Liaise with stock exchanges, regulatory authorities, and legal advisors
• Support investor relations and statutory reporting requirements
