Location: Solan, Himachal Pradesh (On-Site Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Representation: Serve as the face of Vihaas Design Technologies at events, webinars, client meetings, and on social media platforms, embodying our values and culture.
• Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to promote products, answer queries, and provide accurate information.
• Content Creation: Engage audiences online and offline by responding to comments/messages, generating content, and growing followers.
• CRM Management: Maintain a daily log of calls, emails, follow-ups, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and share feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Personality: Confident, outgoing, and charismatic, with a natural ability to connect with people and leave a lasting impression.
• Experience: Prior experience as a public figure or influencer is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred in Communications, Marketing, or relevant fields).
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email).
