As an experienced HR and Finance professional, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks within the organization. Your primary duties will include handling end-to-end recruitment processes, managing employee contracts, and maintaining crucial employee records such as offer letters and Letters of Intent (LOI). Additionally, you will efficiently manage multitasking duties encompassing administrative tasks, HR operations, and more. Your role will also involve demonstrating a fair understanding of calculating tax deductions at source (TDS), provident fund (PF) contributions, and engaging in online processing activities. You will be expected to proficiently manage employee grievances, exit formalities, Full and Final settlements (FnF), and possess knowledge of petty cash handling, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes. Furthermore, your expertise in handling complex work structures, along with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements through effective manpower planning and budgeting, will be critical to the success of this role. Managing vendors, overseeing company billing procedures, and handling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) will also fall under your purview. To excel in this position, you should ideally have over 10 years of experience in HR and Finance-related roles, coupled with a graduate or post-graduate degree in MBA with a specialization in HR, MSW, or a related field. Your sound knowledge of HR practices, hiring needs, and strong verbal and written communication skills will be essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.,
