About the position:
WOTR is looking for a motivated person as Community Mobiliser.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2- 3 years relevant field experience

Job profile/ Scope of Work:

• Will work in close collaboration particularly with the project team of WOTR
• Will assist the Project Manager in planning, execution and monitoring of the social component of WOTR.
• Will assist in the social mobilization and organizational aspects of project implementation.
• Will attend Gram Sabha (as per requirement) and conduct meetings of SHG’s in common, SMS, VDC, checking SHG registers; update all the village level registers.
• Will conduct social and women related project level trainings.
• Linkage building between Govt. and line department for village development.
• To communicate all tools prepared by WOTR at village level and give proper information for better development.
• Will work in close collaboration with all the colleagues and the internal departments in your area of jurisdiction (concerned offices) and participate in all common tasks of the RRC.
• Will contribute towards developing WOTR’s social database, documentation, training modules preparation as and when required and Report preparation
• Will submit monthly planner and reports to the Project Manager.
• Any other work assigned by the organisation.
