· A lecturer's job profile involves a blend of teaching, research, and administrative duties, typically within a higher education setting like a college or university · Providing guidance and support to students, including academic and career advice, and supervising student research projects. · Working with colleagues to develop and improve teaching methods and ensuring a positive learning environment. · Overseeing clinical practice components of nurse education and training programs Delivering lectures and conducting seminars on nursing-related topics to undergraduate or graduate students. Developing and updating course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments. Providing guidance and support to students, including advising on academic matters and career development. Conducting research in the field of nursing and publishing scholarly articles or papers. Participating in curriculum development and program evaluation activities. Collaborating with colleagues on research projects or interdisciplinary initiatives. Engaging in professional development activities to stay current with advancements in nursing education and practice. Participating in departmental meetings and committees.
