Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement activities across the tech hub, creating a great place to work environment Project manage sponsorships as needed. Execute deliverables, engage cross functional teams, build out presence and manage overall employee participation Coordinate CSR requests and manage the internal and external donation process Manage all internal champion committees, driving employee & community engagement activities, campaigns, drives and events Planning, coordination, and status reporting of Tech Hub project-oriented work efforts Ensure that project goals and objectives are defined and met within agreed upon time, scope, and resource requirements Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure collaboration, implementation, and timeliness of project deliverables Provides general project management assistance, as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with experience in Project Management, Communications, related field, or equivalent experience Experience in community affairs, public relations, or related experience. PMP/PMI certification or solid PM experience recommended; able to manage competing priorities Excellent prioritization skills and ability to determine when and how to escalate issues Strong judgment, critical thinking skills, influence, leadership, and integrity Demonstrated ability to establish trust and work inclusively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge and familiarity of local community, social and STEM issues Must be flexible and able to work a fluid environment
