Communicative English Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Communicative English Language Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Communicative English, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a creative approach to teaching. The trainer will be responsible for developing students' proficiency in English communication through engaging activities, interactive sessions, and personalised support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive training sessions to enhance students' English language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Design lesson plans and implement engaging learning activities tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels.
• Focus on pronunciation, vocabulary building, grammar usage, and conversational fluency.
• Utilise creative methods, such as storytelling, role-playing, debates, and group discussions, to enhance learning outcomes.
• Assess learners’ progress through periodic evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster an encouraging and inclusive learning environment that builds learners’ confidence in communication.
• Utilise digital tools, media resources, and modern teaching methodologies to support learning.
• Organise and participate in workshops, seminars, and language-based events for students.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communicative English/Literature
• Montessori / NTT / ECCE certification (B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative teaching approach through music, storytelling, anchoring, and writing.
• Willingness to participate in school events, assemblies, and co-curricular activities as part of the teaching team.
