Communications Designer

You will be part of AddiktSchbang, a new entity formed by the acquisition of Amsterdam-based design agency Addikt by Schbang, India's largest independent agency. This strategic merger aims to leverage Schbang's technological expertise and Addikt's 17+ years of design legacy to provide fully integrated marketing solutions to over 300 global brands. Addikt has a rich history of partnerships with renowned brands such as Nike, Puma, Tata, PhonePe, StarTV, and ZeeTV, offering you the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier clients and work under globally recognized leadership. Your responsibilities will include designing and redefining brand visuals for the new AddiktSchbang identity, creating social media posts, stories, and digital content in alignment with brand objectives, ensuring consistency in design language, developing compelling presentations and case studies for client pitches, and supporting the repackaging of Schbang case studies to fit the AddiktSchbang context. You will also need to adapt quickly to new project requirements and ongoing assignments from Amsterdam. To excel in this role, you should have a portfolio showcasing a strong background in social media design, UI/UX design, or communication design. Basic knowledge of AI tools for design automation is required, along with a creative mindset that understands digital content trends. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a basic understanding of Webflow are essential. Previous experience working with European brands would be advantageous.
