As a Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates through various online platforms and advertising job openings on multiple channels. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, participating in job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment events. Additionally, you will conduct reference checks for prospective hires and manage the onboarding process, including handling joining formalities. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining employee personnel files, addressing staff grievances, and preparing and issuing various types of letters. Effective communication to staff about policies will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for taking care of exit formalities as needed. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in human resources management. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is required. The work location for this position is in Vadodara, Gujarat, and it will require in-person attendance.,
