Role Brief:

We are seeking a highly driven and knowledgeable Commodity Research Analyst to join our research desk.

The ideal candidate should have 34 years of relevant experience in commodity markets and a deep

understanding of technical analysis. The primary role will be to provide dedicated, high-conviction

commodity research calls across segments like Bullion, Energy, and Base Metals for our clients, sales team,

and internal trading desks.

Role Responsibilities:

• Track, analyze, and interpret trends in global and domestic commodity markets (MCX & international).
• Generate daily, weekly, and intraday research reports and trade recommendations with clear entry, target, and stop-loss levels.
• Develop and maintain quantitative and qualitative models for commodity price forecasting.
• Publish timely updates on important market-moving events such as US Fed decisions, Crude Inventory Data, Gold outlook, etc.
• Coordinate with the dealing desk, sales teams, and relationship managers to support client acquisition and retention through research insights.
• Monitor international cues (CME, COMEX, NYMEX) and global macroeconomic indicators affecting commodity prices.
• Actively participate in client webinars, internal strategy meets, and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI Research Analyst Regulations and internal quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 34 years of hands-on experience in commodity research (preferably in a broking firm or research house).
• Strong knowledge of NSE , MCX, NCDEX, and international commodity exchanges.
• Expertise in technical analysis tools (like RSI, MACD, Fibonacci, candlestick patterns) and fundamental drivers.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills for publishing reports and conducting market briefings.
• Proficient in tools such as Excel, Bloomberg/Reuters, Trading View, Meta Trader.
• SEBI Research Analyst Certification is preferred or must be willing to obtain it shortly.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and deliver actionable calls under tight deadlines.
