Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts as per recipe and guidance.
  • Ensure mise-en-place is completed for all baking and pastry operations.
  • Follow instructions from senior chefs (Commis I, II, DCDP, CDP).
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section at all times.
  • Operate bakery equipment like ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters safely.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Label and date all food items properly.

Requirements:

  • Basic culinary education or training in Bakery & Pastry (preferred).
  • 0–1 year of experience in a bakery/pastry section (internship/fresher also acceptable).
  • Knowledge of basic bakery techniques and measurements.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
