Job Title: South India /Indian Cuisine/ Tandoor /Continental/Chinese.

We are seeking an experienced Commi chef to prepare Indian/SouthIndian/Continental /Chinese/Tandoor . Must have strong culinary skills and knowledge .

• Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the quality standards.
• Perform tasks within a timely manner
• Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross-contamination
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Comply with all health and safety and food safety legislation
• Meet all health and hygiene requirements
