commi 1 (Japanese Cuisine)

Required :

• This job located in bahrain
• the candidate should be willing to move to bahrain
• Candidate should be not more then 30 years and not less then 20

Responsibilities:

• Properly store and dispose of food .
• Ensure health and sanitation standards are in compliance with regulations.
• help team in preparing dishes to recipe, garnishing and plating of dishes.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff team members.
• Help cleaning and organizing in the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment .
• Experience with food preparation including cooking and plating meals.
• The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed.
• Express compassion for residents, staff and guests on a consistent basis.
• Prefer past experience knowledge of Japanese food ( sushi, fried rice,...) , a quick learner and a hard worker.
• Ability to communicate and listen and execute effectively.
