Your key responsibilities would include: - Liaising with Regulators and Advisors, such as lawyers and auditors. - Drafting and vetting of legal and commercial documents. - Complying with ROC & MCA requirements. - Maintaining Minutes of Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings. - Ensuring compliance with Companies Act 2013 & Other Statutes. - Having good interpretation skills of Regulatory Provisions.
