Commercial Lending - Product Delivery - Associate

We are seeking a strategic, design-minded, and execution-focused Product Delivery Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technology background, deep understanding of the commercial lending domain, and familiarity with the broader tech ecosystem. You will play a key role in automating commercial lending transactions using AI, driving innovation and operational excellence.

Job responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize, design, plan, and execute product delivery initiatives for commercial lending automation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with overall product vision and strategy.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, leveraging agile methodologies and best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using AI and emerging technologies.
• Support the development and rollout of new features, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication between business, technology, and operations teams.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure delivery of results in a fast-paced environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in product delivery, within the commercial lending domain.
• Strong understanding of technology ecosystems and commercial lending processes.
• Exposure to AI-driven automation and ability to relate to its application in financial services.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work EMEA shift and be present in the office all 5 working days.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Experience working in financial services or fintech environments.
• Familiarity with commercial lending platforms and transaction workflows.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their practical application in automation.
