Job Role

We are looking for a Commercial Brand Manager who can understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, recommend suitable properties, arrange site visits, and support clients throughout the property transaction or onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, including budget, location, property type, and business needs.
• Coordinate with the internal team to identify suitable commercial properties based on client requirements.
• Share relevant property options with clients and explain their key details.
• Arrange and coordinate property site visits for interested clients.
• Work closely with clients during site visits to understand their expectations and suggest suitable alternatives when required.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, property owners, and brands throughout the property onboarding or transaction process.
• Follow up with clients regularly and maintain good client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
• Support successful property closures, brand onboarding, and other assigned business activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Any degree or equivalent qualification.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, commercial leasing, business development, or client relationship management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Willingness to coordinate with clients and attend property site visits.
• Proactive approach to follow-ups, client coordination, and closing transactions.
• A two-wheeler is mandatory for site visits and local travel.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in real estate may also apply.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
• Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be provided over and above the fixed salary, based on successful property closures and business performance.
