Job Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Brand Manager to handle commercial property requirements from brands and businesses. The role involves understanding client requirements, identifying suitable commercial properties, coordinating with property owners, and following up with clients to move deals forward.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Connect with brands, businesses, property owners, and real estate builders.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferred locations.
• Identify suitable commercial properties based on client needs.
• Coordinate with clients and property owners throughout the process.
• Arrange property site visits and follow up with interested clients.
• Build and maintain good relationships with brands and property owners.
• Follow up on leads and work towards successfully closing deals.
• Maintain client details and follow-up records.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Any degree is required.
• 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in sales, real estate, or business development is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Kannada language knowledge is an advantage.
• A two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Should be proactive, confident, and willing to work towards targets.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and interview performance.
