Job Role

We are looking for a Commercial Brand Manager to work with commercial clients and brands, understand their property requirements, and help them find suitable commercial spaces. The role involves coordinating with the internal team, arranging property visits, maintaining client relationships, and handling the process from the first discussion to the final deal closure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Connect with commercial clients and brands to understand their property requirements.
• Gather details such as preferred location, budget, property size, and business needs.
• Identify suitable commercial properties available in the company database.
• Coordinate with the internal team to shortlist properties that match client requirements.
• Share property details and arrange site visits for interested clients.
• Stay in regular contact with clients and provide updates throughout the process.
• Coordinate with property owners, business representatives, and internal teams to move deals forward.
• Assist clients during property visits, discussions, and negotiations.
• Understand client concerns and help resolve queries related to the property.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain updated records of discussions and deal progress.
• Handle client coordination from the initial enquiry until the property is successfully finalised.
• Work towards achieving individual sales targets and contributing to business growth.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Any degree is acceptable.
• 1–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, property sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and suggest suitable commercial spaces.
• Comfortable interacting with brands, business owners, property owners, and clients.
• Good follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple client requirements.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and interview performance.
• Performance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives based on performance, over and above the fixed salary.
