About the Role: We’re looking for a Brand Manager with a proven track record of managing and growing brands on Amazon Vendor Central. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, optimizing performance, and executing strategies that elevate our brands’ visibility and profitability on Amazon. What You’ll Do: Own the day-to-day management of Amazon Vendor Central accounts, ensuring operational excellence and compliance. Develop and execute growth strategies including promotions, content optimization, and advertising initiatives to maximize sales and brand visibility. Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) to coordinate inventory, logistics, and campaigns. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ranking, margin, TACOS) and proactively recommend improvements. Implement best practices across inventory management, listings, A+ content, brand store, and retail readiness. Manage promotional calendars and seasonal event strategies (Prime Day, Q4, Best Deals). Stay up to date with Amazon policies, trends, and competitor insights to drive competitive advantage. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor Central (this is a must). Strong understanding of Amazon’s retail programs (FBA, AWD, Subscribe & Save, Deals, Coupons, Premium A+). Proven success overlooking advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads and/or AMC insights). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action. Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and attention to detail. Nice to Have: Experience managing multiple brands or a 7–8 figure Amazon business. Familiarity with tools like Helium10, DataDive, Sellerboard, or similar Amazon analytics platforms. Background in CPG, beauty, or supplements.
