Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce specialist located in Mumbai. The E-Commerce specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales channels. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, enhancing customer service, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, and liaising with sales teams to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless customer experience and work closely with various departments to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and performance metrics Excellent Customer Service skills to manage customer interactions and inquiries Effective Communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders E-Commerce expertise to manage online sales channels and strategies Sales experience to drive revenue and achieve targets Understanding of digital marketing trends and tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team
