Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Building the university OR engineering College relations / partnership for the engineering students for providing them with the cost free technical trainings & giving them the placement. Oversee the onboarding of large number of tech-savvy and passionate engineering students into the training programs Ensure the entire funnel is smooth, data-driven, and aligned with our training goals Plan, schedule, and moderate training sessions virtually. Coordinate with global technology experts across time zones to deliver a top-notch training experience to the participants (students). Engage directly with 100 to 300 Head of Departments, Training & Placement Officers and relevant academic clubs from engineering colleges to ensure the participation of top technology-savvy candidates from each engineering colleges Maintain audit-ready documentation for all program activities including, but not limited to, onboarding records, session logs, and data security protocols Ensure the training program adheres to data protection laws and internal organizational standards. Candidate Requisites Candidate should have the active connects with the engineering colleges in pan india. Experience managing the onboarding large number of students. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities College Onboarding: Sign 20-30 colleges before November launch Course Integration: Work with colleges to upload and price their courses Commission Negotiation: Secure commission agreements Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing college partnerships Success Metrics (August-October) Month 1: 5 colleges signed with LOIs Month 2: 10 colleges with courses uploaded Month 3: 15+ colleges ready for November launch Post Launch - Continue Tier 2+3 ( with business head) Compensation Package Fixed Salary + Commission: 2,000 per college partnership signed Quarterly Bonus: 25,000 for exceeding targets Annual Potential: 8-12 lakhs Required Profile 2-4 years in business development or education sector Existing relationships with college administrators (preferred) Strong negotiation and presentation skills Understanding of online education market
