Role & responsibilities Participates in formulation and implementation of the philosophies and objectives of College of Nursing. Curriculum planning, developing and execution evaluation and curriculum revision. Select and organize learning experience which are in accordance with objectives. Collaborate with other faculty in course development . Maintains and uses adequate and accurate records pertaining to academics and students. Measures effectiveness of instruction by use of appropriate assessment strategies. Guides the students in conducting seminars, discussions, and presentations.
