Qualifications Expertise in Food Technology, Food Processing, and Food Safety practices Strong teaching and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students Experience in academic research, publication, and curriculum development Knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols Proficiency in data analysis and academic writing tools Doctoral or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is preferred Strong organizational and collaboration skills
